398 - TGV High Speed Train

The 'train à grande vitesse' loc 398. TGV's travel up to speeds of 320 km/h (200mph), although this one seems to be a bit slower :-)
I am not 100% sure but this one seems to be part of the TGV Réseau fleet. Anybody knows what the ENCS stands for?

Encs ?? I think that you have to read sncf on the nose of this train..... Sncf = french railways.
