BR Mk1 First Open in the original carmine and cream colours worn by BR stock in the early 1950s as seen at Carlisle in October 2009. also prominent is destination roof board.

From the position of the roof board it looks like this coach lost the roof board clips and has had replicas fitted. If the clips were always there they would be about 3 inches closer to the door on each side. Also the centre door has been sealed up.
