STRANGE TRAINPassing 'The Sidings',on Feb 22nd,1987, is BR Class 47 No47270,with 47381 at the rear,with some kind of engineer's train the like of which I had never seen before. The Sidings, a hotel on the outskirts of York where you can stay in converted sleeping carriages and where you stroll out of the bar and onto a viewing platform of the East Coast Main Line.
