Just me and a dog braved the icy cold night to bid farewell to the 1500 volts DC 506 EMU's on Dec 7th,1984. M59602/502/402 is about leave Godley for Manchester Piccadilly with a train from Glossop for the last time as the line is upgraded to 25kV AC.
