Not the most modern looking locomotive this one from Kenya Railways. It can use a bit of new paint.

THis looks as if it could be a Class 92 1-Co-Co-1 diesel-electric locomotive as delivered by the Montreal Locomotive Works to East African Railways in 1971. The gauge is I believe 1000 mm (3 ft. 3.4 in.). The locomotives weighed 118 tnnes with a tractive effort of 43,500 lbft at 16.5 mph from an Alco 2,550 hp engine. The maximum operating speed was 45 mph.
